This professional audio recording software requires no musical skill, although an 'ear' for music certainly helps. Many loops are inexpensive or free, widely available and typically share a common file format, so ones from different sources can be used together. That said, using loops and samples is more like arranging than composing, so it's mainly only good for instrumental music.
