Websites showing up under favorites

I have a problem with the websites showing up under my favorites. I used so many different spyware, adware, virus removers, also uninstalled and reinstalled programs, and reformatted my hard drive. Still certain website addresses keep getting added into my Favorites. Few times I got rid of them, but they will appear again. The computer is running extremely slow. Any help is greatly appreciated.
