So I’m on a quest to learn all I can about the World’s Best Gaming Motherboards, so I can max out the performance of my PC.
I’ve settled on the Intel Core 2 Duo E7200, I think. It is one serious piece of gaming hardware. I think it is just what I need.
I can’t wait for the LAN party next week. They’re going to be quaking in their boots!
Until next time.

Alright, I’m sick of working at home. I’m going to go crazy if I stay boxed up here any longer. Time to get a wireless Internet laptop so I can work in cafes and actually be around other people.
Seriously, I can’t imagine why it took so long for Wireless Internet For Laptop Computers to become popular. Working from anywhere - what’s not to like? It’s like having a new office every day. So much nicer than the depressing cube I used to be stuck in.
Where to work tomorrow? Starbucks? The library? The park even? So many choices.
Alright - that’s all for now.

I’ve recently become interested in
Electron Microscopy Science. I’ve had a hard time with the learning process, though.
I’ve been scouring the Internet researching Electron Microscope Price, but it’s tough to know who’s offering legitimate info, and who is selling snake oil.
Geting the info is critical, because I feel like our school really needs an electron microscope, but the costs might be prohibitive.
I’m sure I’ll settle in the right choice in the end, but right now I’m tired of all this.
Ok - that’s it for today.

There are two main aspects that come into play when planning a widescreen tv armoires purchase: on one side there is the picture; on the other side, there is specification & support. You will want a TV that offers a great quality picture there is no question. For this kind of money you should expect a crisp and vivid image. You also should make sure the brand and/or store that you buy from offers good support. Projection TVs do not yet have the lifespan of a conventional CRT TV and will need to be serviced after a few years of use, depending on how much you use them daily of course.

One of the most craziest nights that we ever had at our bar resulted in someone punching our video surveillance security system. We had a camera in the grotto area in the back of the bar where people used to smoke their cigarettes. At the end of the night when we had to shut down early because of too much rowdiness this belligerent guy decided to damage our equipment. Funny thing is is that we had the entire incident on tape. The camera had already transmitted his image to the computer in the office so when the police came we could show them the tape and they arrested the guy on the spot.

At work we have a about a dozen network servers. Recently one of our genius IT guys was talking about how nice it was to have load balanced systems for the clustered servers. I’m not new when it comes to computers, but I’ll admit I had never heard either term before. Naturally, when I asked our IT guru to explain it to me, he gave me a look like I was an idiot. At lease he was no so disgusted that he didn’t explain what they were. So my lesson for this week is: clustered servers are a group of servers combined together to behave as if they were one server and load balanced systems are there to distribute the load evenly between all of the servers. Now I wonder what my word of the day is…

Many people who think that just because they know a few computer tricks and people have told them how smart they are on computers, they can walk in and pass an mcse exams with no studying or preparation. Those who start booking these exams and take them “on the fly” end up losing money and taking a smack to the face in terms of their pride. There’s more to passing one of these difficult exams than just knowing a few basics. In fact, booking any of the MCSE exams offered is not recommended for people with less than a year’s experience working in an IT field related to the area you want to become certified in.
