Similar to any other TV, a LCOS projection TV picks up a signal and translates it into sounds and images. Typically, this signal comes from a cable company, a satellite dish, or your DVD player. Not so long ago, the only TV screens that you could buy utilized a cathode ray tube (CRT) to build up a series of lines that created an image. Typically, LCOS displays light up pixels instead. This is very similar to the way that your LCD computer monitor works. In some cases, you might even be able to purchase an extension card that will enable you to use your PC monitor to accept TV signals. As may be expected, you can purchase TV's that come in a wide range of sizes and image resolution capacities.

Getting into Blu-Ray recording is getting easier and easier these days. It’s great for recording HDTV broadcasts, as well ask backing up discs.
I’ve been shopping around for hddvd recorders. They look like a good option. Not cheap yet, but reasonably priced, now.
I’ve narrowed down my search to Samsung Hd Dvd Recorder, I think. I was worried about the whole Blu-Ray vs. HD DVD fight at first, but what with dual standard players coming out, I don’t think it will be a problem.

The first type is the single DVD copier, where you can copy from one DVD to another blank or rewritable DVD. Another copier is the multiple copier, where you are able to copy data from one DVD to several DVDs at once. If you have to make multiple copies of the data in a DVD onto other DVDs, then definitely the multiple DVD copier helps.
